Our first priority at Fabric Indulgence and Art Supply is to offer excellent customer service and for our customers to be satisfied and inspired by the products we offer. If a item has been damaged in shipping due to unprotected packaging or if the item is not useable due to a manufacturing error we will ship a replacement free of charge.
There are absolutely no refunds on any cut item. This means no returns on fabrics, ribbons or trims.
>If you are unable to use a product due to a misunderstanding in product information or usage, and the product has not been opened or altered in any way, we will issue a refund, minus a restocking fee of 20%, we will not refund any shipping charges. You must ship the item back to us at your cost, and upon inspection you will be refunded promptly with the above adjustment. You must contact us for any return within 10 days, preferably as soon as you receive the item.
We do not do backorders, unless we have the item on order and the item is due to ship soon. Any item that has not been filled will be taken off your order and must be reordered by you at a later time. You may contact our store to find out if we have a estimated time when we will be expecting the item, or an substitute for the item that was back ordered. We will call or email you if we have a suitable substitute, but will not ship unless we have customer confirmation of the change.
Shipments will be sent within 2 working days, unless we expect a product to come in after that you have ordered, and an additional shipping time is needed. In this event we will notify you by email of the estimated shipping time.
Unfortunately when a fabric, ribbon or trim is cut for your purchase, that makes it non-refundable. Our website tries to match the colors as accurate as possible, but every moniter may read color differently, therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of what you see as compared to the actual fabric. If you need an exact match please call and order a small swatch at a charge of $1.00, and an additional shipping charge of $1.00. We encourage you to call us if you have any questions about fabrics, fibers or weight of the fabrics on our site.
We do inspect all fabrics carefully before shippping, but as we are human there may be a flaw that we did not catch. Therefore, we will replace damaged merchandise free of charge after you ship the item back at our cost. We are here to satisfy our customers and hope thay will continue to visit us in the future!
