Our first priority at Fabric Indulgence and Art Supply is to offer excellent customer service, and for our customers to be satisfied and inspired by the products we offer. We offer fair and thoughtful return and refund policies to help you feel confident in your purchase. Read on to learn about our returns, payment, and shipping standards.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

Order with confidence: Request sample swatches for just $1!

We want you to be happy with the products you receive from us. If you happen to receive something that is flawed due to manufacturer error, or damaged in shipping, we would be glad to send a replacement.

 

We do not offer refunds on cut items. This means ribbons, trims, and fabrics are final sale. However, we are happy to offer sample swatches of any of these materials, for a $1 charge (shipping is on us)!

 

Not sure you ordered the right thing? We understand mistakes can happen. Contact us within 10 days and we can promptly refund your order. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. (Open or used products will not be refunded.)

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $200*

Our shipping rates are based on USPS rates, accounting for your location as well as estimated cart weight. You can get a quick estimate of your order here once you’ve compiled your cart.

 

*Free shipping is USPS Priority Mail, and applies to domestic orders of $200 or more. Expedited shipping charges will be added to your total. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate free shipping for our international customers.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders from FabricAndArt.com are shipped via USPS, and do not include duties, taxes, or tracking information beyond the US. As shipping rates vary from country to country, we aim to estimate shipping rates as accurately as possible at checkout, and promptly return any excess charges via original form of payment if necessary.

 

We recommend First Class International for smaller orders (typically under 6.40 m, or 1.8 kg pounds). We are happy to help you however possible, and occasionally accept requests to split orders into two boxes to save on shipping costs.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer same-day shipping!*

We use USPS Express to offer expedited shipping. Orders received on weekends, or after 12 PM Pacific Daylight Time, will ship the following business day (except for Fridays).

 

*Same-day orders must be received by 12 PM Pacific Daylight Time.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We make efforts to ensure your order gets to you as intended: all domestic orders are insured. However, we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping. We will reship items if they are damaged due to packaging error.

 

Refunds are not granted for orders that were not picked up or refused at delivery. Re-shipped orders are charged to the customer.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care to inspect every item before sending it. If by some chance you receive a flawed item, we would be happy to offer you a complete replacement upon its return (which we cover, too). We will also reship items if they are damaged in shipping due to packaging error.
