Gutta's and Resists-Essential for creating detail and design in silk painting. Use with Silk Paints, Dye Na Flow, Procion MX dyes or Acid dye. These permanant silk guttas can be steam set and then removed completely with proffessional dry clean or use solvent. Resists are used to draw the outline of an image on silk. Used with liquid dyes, the Gutta stops the flow of dye at the resist lines. Jacquard’s Gutta Resist is made from natural Gutta Percha which produces the finest resist available.
